Depending on the type of RO system you have installed, and in some cases the age of the system, the filter replacement schedule may vary.

Sediment Pre-Filter – Change every 6-12 months.
Carbon Pre-Filter – Change every 6-12 months.
Reverse Osmosis Membrane – Change the reverse osmosis membrane
every 24 months.

When I called Amber was very helpful in answering my questions and scheduling a service appointment the following day. The technician, Tate, arrived on time, tested my water system and replaced the filters on the reverse osmosis system in a timely manner.
